Communication

Excellent, goal-oriented communication in business always takes place at eye level. It is characterized by mutual respect and benefits from the art of listening. It must be strategic, stakeholder-oriented, dialog-oriented and constructive in order to lead to the desired success.

Transformation

This much is certain: Change and transformation only work if the leadership sets a shining example and invites, picks up and carries along each individual. It takes a strategic, dialogue-driven, collaborative approach. If trust is created and constantly maintained through transparency, honesty and reliability, progress can be made quickly, building, transforming and stabilizing at the same time.

Conflict management

Conflicts are inevitable in human interaction. Managing conflicts means: listening, understanding, moderating, finding solutions. Mediation is a proven approach of bringing disputing parties back to the table and into conversation. Only those who can argue constructively can get ahead. Trustworthy, neutral, constructive, sustainably stabilizing.

Agile work

Agility is above all a matter of attitude! I coach and train along the Agile Manifesto and the Scrum values. I believe it is more purposeful not to lose oneself slavishly and technocratically in certain static agility concepts. For me, working agile also means, above all, using common sense. Putting individuals and interactions above processes and tools. It's about the right attitude! And it's about courage. Courage to leave traditional procedures behind in order to celebrate new, greater successes, because the tasks can be completed more quickly and satisfactorily. Planning, doing, checking and adapting.
